Shipping: 

SKIIM offers complimentary express shipping for the UK and EU. All orders are shipped with DHL and require a signature.
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 working days in UK/Europe, 2-3 working days outside Europe.

 

International Shipping: 

Taxes and Duties are calculated at check-out.
If you are outside the EU, your country's customs might charge an import fee. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any taxes and duties that may be incurred.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
Please note, shipping times may vary due to customs delays which are outside of our control and any refused or unclaimed international orders will not be eligible for refund. For any queries, please contact our customer service team for special requests or questions.

 

Exchanges & Returns:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days to request an exchange or return your items to us. A refund for the merchandise will be given on items returned in new condition, with the tags still attached. To return an item, please contact us and we will send you a Shipping label and precise instructions. We will deduct the cost of the Return shipping from the amount refunded to the purchasing card.
