2.What personal data do we collect?

When creating your My Account SKIIM offers you the opportunity to use the following services:

  • Profile: check and modify your personal details, email address and password.
  • Orders: check the details and shipping of all orders placed as a registered customer. After delivery you will also be able to access return forms. If your order does not appear in the list, you can search for it by entering the Order Number in the field below.
  • Cards: save your payment card details to complete the order process more quickly. When you save your preferred card as default you will no longer have to enter the details for every order. The safety of data saved in My Account and the Shopping Bag is guaranteed by the highest standards. 
  • Addresses: save all your shipping addresses to complete the order process quickly. Save your preferred address as default and it will automatically appear in your Shopping Bag.
  • Wish List: save up to 50 items, share them with friends, and add your favourites to your Shopping Bag whenever you like.
  • Promotions: discover the promotions at our Online Store.

7.Transfer of extra EU data

Some of the third parties listed in the previous paragraph no. 6 'Who will process your data?' may be located in countries outside the European Union that nevertheless offer an adequate level of data protection, as established by specific decisions of the European Commission 
The transfer of your personal data to countries that do not belong to the European Union and that do not ensure adequate levels of protection will be performed only after conclusion between SKIIM and said subjects of specific agreements, containing safeguard clauses and appropriate guarantees for the protection of your personal data, the so-called 'standard contractual clauses', also approved by the European Commission, or if the transfer is necessary for the conclusion and execution of an agreement between you and SKIIM (for the purchase of goods offered on our website, for registration on the website or use of services on the website) or for the management of your requests.

8.How long do we keep the data?

We keep your personal data for a limited period of time, different depending on the type of activity that involves the processing of your personal data. After this period, your data will be permanently erased or otherwise rendered anonymous in an irreversible way.
